A Ripple Effect Conundrum...

We all just love Rachel's new Ripple Effect Shawl!!! It was released just last weekend and has caused quite a stir here in the shop and on Ravelry! It comes with any of our Tosh Merino Light or Dandelion Bouquets, but the pattern can also be purchased individually from Ravelry too.

There are so many options for color combinations that I just can't decide which one I want to make for myself!  I've put together some awesome combinations in Tosh Merino Light, but they are all so pretty!  Which do you think I should pick?

A - Mimosa, Moorland, & Nectar
B - Chicory, Fog, & Kale
C - Envy, Leaf, & Fathom
D - Parchment, Antler, & Alabaster
E - Plaid Blanket, Leaf, & Glazed Pecan
F - Robin's Nest, Ginger, & Robin's Egg
G - Sigrid, Nutmeg, & Cobalt
H - Mala, Begonia Leaf, & Denim
I - Lowland, Courbet's Green, & Thyme
J - Stephen Loves Tosh, Log Cabin, & Curiosity
K - Turtle, Glazed Pecan, & Mineral
L - Rhubarb, Candlewick, & Grasshopper

Let me know what you think! And, if you want to win a copy of the Ripple Effect Shawl Pattern, be sure to head over to Rachel's Instagram feed @RachelUnraveled and follow her to enter!

Happy knitting,
Terry

A, definitely! Love how Mimosa bridges the pink & green together.

I like H, but it's hard to tell . It would be easier in person. Why don't you send one of each to GA?

Love, Love, Love "K", but any would make an absolutely gorgeous combination.

I vote for C (Envy, Leaf, & Fathom). OTOH, I like the Robin's Egg color in F, but not with Ginger. Maybe Robin's Egg + Robin's Nest + Parchment or Antler?

I vote for K. Brown and teal are wonderful together, and that variegated will work great with both!
In my humble opinion anyway :)

Entering a vote for D (of course my family said that is my comfort zone) but I do like to color combination of K as well.... but like Ellen I would have to see them in WI in person ....

I vote for K. This has been a copper and turquoise year, I don't know why.

Well terry, I can't see your face very well, but it looks like these would be good on you...in no particular order D, H, I, L. My personal favorites are D & H.

L is my vote-love those colors. It will be beautiful no matter what you choose.

Oh, I've gotta go with L! It's a combination I would have never thought to put together since I tend to favor the blues and greens.

H or I. I wasn't able to choose either!

My eyes went straight to E and G, but I have been wanting to knit w/ bright colors lately. I think all of them would be very pretty, but if I am voting, E or G. Maybe K would be nice, too....

Harlene Gogan said...

I'm partial to H, but L would be stunning!

H gets my vote with I coming in second!

My choices are either K or J.

I like J. But they all are great possibilities. Can't wait to see what you end up with.

What a horrible position to put yourself in! If I were you, I'd be up at night, pacing the floors, wondering which one to pick. One? Let's at least pick two. Or maybe three. How about A. And H. No D. And F. Or C would look good with your coat. And maybe E. No, let's just go with A.

"F" is beautiful - go for it!!

I like H...but I think you should pick whichever is most unlike hers
